It used to charge maximum upto 92% only. But with the latest update, that issue solved and now reaches 100%.

Camera of J7 2016 is better than prime. Prime has focusing issues and also the exposure problems.

Fingerprint sensor isn’t that accurate, sometimes while unlocking the device you may need to tap on the fingerprint sensor multiple times.

From 0%-100%, it'll take 2.5 hours if the original box charger is used.

5- What about ram consumption on heavy usage??? i mean on heavy use the ram consumption reach to which percentage level??????
Upto 90% if 15+ apps were opened. You will be disappointed to know that whenever you open multiple apps at a time and try to open previous app after a while, the app reloads. A smartphone with 3GB RAM should not hang, but prime hangs. The RAM management is poor.

i did not saw j7 prime still, but i have heard it is more beautiful thn j7 6 and also light weight thn j7 6, but one more thing which i want to ask abot j7 prime, the led indicator light.... it is thick like S and Note series when blink??? OR it is very thin n ordinary like other fones????

xyz, 07 Jul 2017Thank u sooo much bro for valuable answr.. it really helps ... morePersonally I don't think J7 Prime and J7 (2016) belong to similar category. They may be belong to mid range category and have similar processor/GPU, but still they are different.
First the 1 GB RAM difference, that is why it shows high percentage. You should not bother it unless it lags. Also keep a smart manager widget on home screen. As for pros, it has Super Amoled like A5, removable battery and most importantly NFC (Samsung pay and Android pay will work). Overall it is a good device and I should also bought it. But as I have already using another galaxy device e.g. On7 Pro, I selected for J7 Prime.
After using these devices I can say now Galaxy series are far better tuned than earlier Android version. So you should not worry much. Regards.

AnonD-542833, 07 Jul 20171- some ppl complaint that prime never fully charged to 100... moreThank u sooo much bro for valuable answr.. it really helps us......... currently em using j7 6... its really a nyc device in ecery aspect like display, camera, batery etc..... no issue......... but i am personally not happy only wd the ram bcoz when i install 15 to 20 apps other thn preinstalled apps and not clear recennt apps frm the backgrnd thn it shows high ram consumption like 70% above..... however till it reach to 80% sometime but still not hang..... but its jst irritate me......... so thats why sometime i want to move on j7 prime but i dnt want to loose "j7 6" best cameras and super amoled screen...

Answer: My J7 Prime fully charges to 100%. In fact I got 5 galaxy devices in home and every one gets charges to 100%.

Answer: Don't know much about J7 camera. But J7 Prime gives excellent result in enough light. I have uploaded few of images taken by my device in my Instagram account "kunalmzr". You can check them there.

Answer: Fingerprint sensor is fast every time unless you have a wet finger with water, oil or milk. Also it will not work if your finger is not clean.

Answer: I have never tried 0 to 100%. But I believe it will take probably 2 to maximum 2 and 30 hours to fully charge from 0 to 100% depending on the charger type.

Answer:. RAM management excellent. On a brand new device you will get about 2 GB free. But as you will install app it will very user to user. I got about 55 apps and in standby mode (No back ground app) it shows about 1.4 GB free.

xyz, 07 Jul 2017i have few question regarding j7 prime, plz some one reply ... moreI am using a J7 Prime since January. Never faced any issue. But I also take good care of my device. I mean only authentic and essential apps from play store, regular cleaning of cache and installing updates.
Anyway here are the answers for your questions:
1) my battery fully charged to 100%. I never felt any issue with the battery charging. But I only use the Samsung charger.
2) The camera is pretty good and works well in different situations depending on light. My cousin sister has a J7 (2016) from last July, but still I habe not meet her and seen the camera yet. Anyway you can check some images on my Instagram account "kunalmzr" for reference. I have taken different images using only the default camera app and black/white filter. No editing.
3) fingerprint is very fast and works well unless you have a wet finger. It supports 3 fingers and recognizes all three in very quickly.
4) It will depend your device usage type to charge from 0% to 100%. I have never go to 0% . But if you shut off your device and charge it than it will take 2 to 2.30 hours maximum probably. Remember it is a huge 3300 MiH battery.
5) The RAM consumption again dependent on the user .A brand new device will show about 2 GB free RAM. But as you install apps and memory card, it will decrease radically. In my device I got around 55 Apps and in normal condition it shows 1.3 GB RAM free. I play NFS No Limit which is the biggest app in ROM and RAM. When I ran it shows about 600 MB RAM free.
Last point. I have given answers on my experience honestly. I hope it is helpful to you. If you have any more queries please ask me. Regards.

fani, 05 Jul 2017tnx........ but frm where i can find cache memory?????? i ... moreApology for the late reply. Anyway you can clean cache memory by using Smart Manager. By default you can access it from settings menu. Also you can add a 4*1 widget to the Homescreen which is very useful. You can run it multiple times per day of you are very heavy net user. Otherwise at least once a day is good enough. Regards.

almost everything is smooth and good with this phone except the camera.
the camera is very bad, you cant take good videos or pictures since the phone keeps losing its focus.
