AnonD-542833, 03 May 2017I am using J7 Prime for last few months and never faced any... moreI'm using Huawei Nova and it is a superior phone compared to J7 Prime which was my initial choice, however after researching i have found the Huawei Nova one of thr best phones to have. It is around the same price as the J7 Prime but has 32GB onboard and 3GB ram. It doesn't even get warm no matter which game you use and its superior power management gets me in to the next day with a single charge, meaning 24hours. It's truly the best full metal phone to have.

Anonymous, 02 May 2017I want to know only one thing that , is it have light in bo... moreIt does not have backlight on the menu and back buttons. But unless you are a new to galaxy device you will not miss the backlights. I have 3 galaxy including a J7 Prime, On7 Pro and S7392. All of them has no backlight and now I do not miss it. But my father uses A5 (2016) which has backlights and when I do maintainence on it, the lights looks too distracting to me. Regards.

m.sabry, 02 May 2017I want to buy Samsung j7 prim.. Does it has any problem or ... moreI am using J7 Prime for last few months and never faced any issues like heating, freezing, lagging or hanging. But again these are common problems to any android device and unless you do some regular maintainence it will happen to any device.
Overall I like my J7 Prime for these reasons. First it's design and build quality. It looks more premium than the price. Second, screen. It is LPS TFT which do not heats up and easy on eyes. Third, battery life. I use 4G data on for whole day. With normal to moderate use it last 12/15 hours easily. Fourth, it's features like Knox, s folder, s health, s Note (It works on it) etc. Overall at this price it is excellent option of you need a reliable device for next 2 years at least. Also it will get Android 7 upgrade on July.
As for downside, it does not have NFS, so Samsung pay do not works. Second thing is 16 GB ROM. It quickly fills up with cache and app data. So you need to run the "Smart Manager" every few days. But now 32 GB version is also available, which is better.
Overall this my first Metal device from Samsung, but not first galaxy. I visited the shop to buy either J5 or J3; but I took a demo of J7 Prime and now it is an essential part of my life. Regards.

But I think you should log in to your Samsung account and Google account first, than try to get the update. If it did not work than please visit a nearby Samsung showroom for assistance. Regards.

Sir i wish i can have a solution i have a j7 prime phone 32 gb and im fscing a severe problem when i fisrt bought it i tried to download software update but when tap on the word download updates manually a "registering device" appeared and then processing failed i dont know why plzz help me
