We and use Samsung galaxy devices. As for J7 Prime if you are not a gamer than J7 Prime 32 GB is perfect device for you. As it has a wonderful screen, long battery life and ExyNos supports heavy multitasking in productivity apps. Regards.

Rohith, 25 Apr 2017Hey all.I'm looking to but a new mobile in a couple of week... moreFirst of let me clear that J7 Prime RAM has no issue. I played a lot of NFS No Limit and never felt lag. Yes it feels lag in some high end graphics because of GPU. Otherwise 3 GB RAM and ExyNos processor can handle normal to moderate multi tasking with ease.
As for Oppos 4GB RAM/64 GB ROM vs J7s 3GB RAM/32 GB ROM, I don't think it is fair to compare them on papers. It also depends on processor/UI optimization and preinstalled apps. If possible take a demo by yourself and than decide what is best for you.
I am using J7 Prime and I have not felt Andy lag/freezing problem yet. Only thing I missing is
32 GB ROM. I got one with 16 GB ROM which was perfect for me until I installed NFS NO Limit and few jio apps. Otherwise I am very very happy and satisfied with my J7 Prime. Regards.

I have not found any touch issues with the device in normal usages and in gaming like clash of clash/NFS No Limit. As for multi touch yes it supports. And for gaming controller issue, I have not used any with the device. But I think it is related to software/driver issues specific to game controller. Before you buy this device and game controller than make sure it is compatible. Regards.

I'm using j7 prim last from 15-20 days i have few apps in my device
but memory status showing storege is 97% used still only 874 mb storege left and also my flash not working properly(first flash is ok but 2nd time flash is totly dim) and still hiting problme

Hey all.I'm looking to but a new mobile in a couple of weeks under Rs 20000.I've read a lot of reviews and finally there came just couple phones which the specs,design and camera impressed me-J7 prime and Oppo F1s.Which is a better choice in this one?There's 3GB of RAM and 32GB ROM in J7 while OPPO F1s has 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM.As far as I've heard the main issues with J7 prime is about its RAM and fingerprint censor and that of OPPO F1s is about the battery overheating and draining issues plus its still in Lolipop.I really can't make up my mind from which of these are facts and false.so if you've used these phones I would like a recommendation from you.I uses mobile primarily for gaming mostly above 1GB so if its as I heard in this chatroom,the J7 has RAM issues it won't be good for me as F1s got 4 GB.Would be great if you know how the battery works in F1s and J7.I'd certainly love to hear from you.Thanks

Hello everyone, I''ve just ordered this phone and I've read online that sometimes the screen is unresponsive. For example, when playing games on the phone with a joystick control. I'd like to confirm if this happens and if it is fixable. I'd also like to know if this phone is multi touch and the maximum amount.

As for cache, it happens in all android devices and android is based on Linux kernel and typically Linux uses cache to run smoothly. Anyway you can automatically clean the cache by using Clean master app. It will save your time. Otherwise Smart Manager is enough. Also some apps can be move to memory card and some apps set to use cache in memory card. So, you can tweak the settings to see what works best for you. Regards.

I have been using Samsung J7 prime past 6 months
It's heating up because of the games i play everyday, and with internet it's battery still lasts a whole day and this phone is wonderful , but the problem is his memory gets full everytime and have to clear cache + refresh the memory every singe day.
