Tried modern combat 5 on this device and it worked just fine for me.maybe overloading your device/ram with unnecessary data/apps makes the game lag.
But the main reason why i am here is that " just within the second week after purchasing this device.i was watching an offline video (which i had saved via the preinstalled youtube app on the device) and the screen orientation was full, the device suddenly stopped working and the video just froze with the device emitting a variably loud noise "it was like the noise generated by the inbuilt device fan rotating at a high rate" and non of the keys were responding..i even tried the reset thing thats on youtube but had no luck.it was only after an hour or so the battery drained itself out and i was able to recharge and restart the device.since then had no problem with the device.3rd month running. Infact i am also planning on uploading the video of the device malfunction on youtube that i captured with my old phone.just search for j7 prime malfunction.overall the device is good for this price range but buyers you be the judge.

Last month buy j7 prime 16 gb but recent lunch32 gb.so I can replace the phone and buy 32gb phone.plz tell me some idea I have buy this phone Samsung exchange offer ?

Only prop is missing gyro sensor in j7 prime. Very good battery health.

sandy, 20 Apr 2017Guys pls tell, prime is gud or bad And 16 gb or 32gbExcellent phone, I just recently picked it up, and for a mid-range device is very powerful. Design is very premium, screen size and resolution is awsome, dedicated SD-Card slot. If you want to throw a few extra bucks, then go for the A7 2017.

Watch the youtube gaming tests, it struggles with heavy games. On the other hand, J7 2016 is actually a good gaming device. It can run games heavy like NOVA 3 smoothly on high preset settings.

1. To use FM work properly, make sure you are using a original headphone from Samsung. If you are getting buzing sound than make sure your cable is not touching any body art of you like hand etc. Also try to use FM in a different place. Few years back I was living on a so closed place that even my old trusted radio was not working properly.
2. To work google account properly you have to tweak settings like sync contact, calendars and emails. Normally it is a easy process if you have little patience and time. But if you are in hurry than visit a samsung shop and tell the person to do it for you. I am sure he will do it for free.

I think this is a good phone samsung Galaxy J7 Prime but I have experienced 2 problems so far which I need your help on.
The FM Radio isnt playing, just giving noise on all stations without sound
I store all my contacts in google but despite me adding my google account on the device, I cant either see my phone contacts neither can I add new contacts to google on this phone, is there anything I need to do?

only problem is the memory 16gb and other basic sensors battery is good what do expect to a budget phone
