I've flashed it on my phone since I'm not getting any updates after December patch for Sri Lanka (SLK). But now it's rolling out for other countries as you'll get it sooner I guess.
Somone told me that the European countries get Samsung updates quicker generally compared to Asia. So I flashed the Turkey firmware on my phone.
