amit, 15 Mar 2017superb The batter on my J7 drains fast when im using it. I have background data disabled and it still drains. It was on 94%, now after reading reviews here it is on 89%. Like the phone after being a loyal iPhone user but not liking this battery life. Maybe have to trade if there is no resolution. Appreciate any suggestions

And overall device runs smoothly without any issues i bought it 3 months ago and since now it works super fine

Yes sometimes the network is week depending upon where I am standing. Anyway from your words I think you have set the network in manual mode which takes time to connect with the lost network. I will advice to make it automatic. It will solve your problem. Also as it is a dual SIM you should swipe the SIMs to see any difference or use some other SIMs. If the SIM card is used many time in and out with many devices than it will shows problems to connect with the network. Please run it to clean the cache first and if you know how to clean the cache partition from boot menu than you should also do that. I hope these steps will solve your problem. Hanging issue is not big issue to android devices. Any android device can be hang no matter what is the specs and Hardware without cleaning the cache and temp files. Don't be panic and do as I have said. Regards.

It's a worst model in samsung. I bought samsung J7 prime 2 months ago now am facing lot of problems in this mobile. Touch is not working properly and mobile fully hanging.

I have my galaxy j7 prime, and i have some problem on it when it comes to network signal.. Whenever you pass some of the places whithout network signal, and when you are already in the place where there is a network signal, my galaxy j7 prime takes about more than 30 minutes to get back the signal... Somebody can help to fix this problem... Thnx....

R1, 15 Mar 2017After install APK file from 3rd party site like APK Mirror.... moreIf you have successfuly installed s secure and it is working. Than you can easily the lock and hide apps. First open the s secure app than enable the lock and hide apps. It will first ask you the pin/fingerprint than a alternatives method. Set them up and once it is done, you can than add apps to lock or hide. Personally I really like this feature. As you can set smart lock on your device, your device will be unlocked in home or any secure place. But somehow if anyone got the device he can misuse the wallets or social apps or even see your private chats. In that case S Secure is life saver. Regards.
