Nurojh, 02 Feb 2019Yeah bro same problem. how can I repair my phone?The camera looks that way cos it has been updated to the latest Android version which is not compatible with the camera. Anyone who intends getting a J7prime I'll advice u get it new and leave it at the factory version that came with the phone. U will enjoy crisp photo shots like ur using a flagship a Samsung.

    I was enjoying my J7prime until one day when I updated it and boom the awesome sharp camera suddenly went bad, takes blurry pictures now* if you want to enjoy your phone guys do not update it...ok bye!

      My secure folder is not opening

        I have an SM-610M and it works perfectly since I received the update (8.1), I never had any problems.

          Buy two phones in amazon, one for my other for my wife, J7 prime, 64 Gb, G610F/DD, factory unlocked, both phones locked in "custom binary block by fap lock" by normal procedures (KIES / ODIN), the problem has not been corrected, even with the software downloaded from SAMSUNG, I appreciate who can help me, greetings from venezuela.

                      I purchased a Samsung Galaxy J7 prime a year ago but after less than a year of using the phone I encountered an overheating problem. I immediately brought it to Samsung Service center in our area but according to technician, the motherboard should be replaced. Now, I'm thinking of buying a new handset of different brand.

                                      J7 prime fingerprint was working fine in nougat version, even when the screen is turned off it worked fine with unlimited attempts and if your hand or any finger touched the scanner while screen is off, it do not gives any incorrect attempts. But after oreo update, if, any of the finger or hand touched the sensor 5 time, a message appears saying that you have attempt 5 time your fingerprint incorrectly. The wrong attempts only works when the screen is turned on.
                                      Please fixed this issue in j7 prime after oreo update to use the fingerprint unlimited when the screen is turned off as before in nougat or marshmallow version.
