The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime (released as Samsung Galaxy On Nxt to various countries) was made public on January 2017 with a default 32GB internal storage and 3GB RAM here in the Philippines. That's the only variant available. No 1GB here in the PH which is absolutely fantastic.

This phone is an excellent product from Samsung in such price, 3 GB Ram is just wow. J series is proving to be one of the best Phone Series by Samsung.

Last time i used j7 and found problem at display which was blink always so regarding this i claimed against warranty, to complete my claims. Service centre take nearly three months but lastly i got. Customer Satisfaction is very poor.
Now i bought j7 prime on last dt 13.feb.2017 and after using 5/6 days i found a problem that is while touching to back button a dailog box appear at the above part of the phone. And back touch button is not working of and on. Very Sorry Samsung. Im very fool y i bought again Samsung.

R24, 17 Feb 2017Should i go for samsung j7 prime or j7 2016. Or other phone... moreBetween the two, j7 prime definitely. Just don't expect stellar camera and gaming performances. Fingerprint scanner may have issues too. But all in all, it's the better phone.

But if your on right budget than go for J7. Or if you are not a Samsung fan than try Honor 6X, RedMi Note 4 or OPPO F1; these devices has better specs and value for money.

1) keep mobile data, Wi-Fi, location off during night.
2) make sure no app is running background. Press the recent button and close all.
3) run smart Manager > clean all, every few days to clean unnecessary day.
4) remove any unused app and disabled apps which are not used by you.
I think these steps will solve your issue. If not than do a "factory reset" and use the device for 2/3 days to see the difference. If the issue still persist than visit a nearby service centre.

Worst smart phn i ever seen .Actually samsung phn's prime series is totally wastage of money .There is nothing that impress you to buy this series. I am using samsung j7 prime from prev week nd i m totally disappointed with it .Firstly fringerprint sensor prblm nd prblm in processing gallery nt only once every time i face this prblm .
If any1 have any solution regarding these issue plz suggest
