Has anyone in Africa, specifically West Africa got the Oreo update?

    My phone when he is in nougat stop charging at 92% then back to 88% and when i update to oreo the issue of charging is not clear when the charge become 91% or 90% he back to 86% then stoped and slow charging ana when he is 90% its go to 100% in minute i try many chargeur and wipe cashe...factory reset and not clear...Someone help me what to do and how to solve this problem please
    This issue is just when i charged my phone on low ..%..the charge after 80% done 300 and 280 ampere
    ..the charging go back
    My charge is original my phone is j7 core but the j7 prime have this issue
    What i can do ti fix this ????????? Please help me a sollution yo fully charge with no back charging

            India, Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Turkey has got Oreo 8.1 :( So when will Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines get updates too ?

                  Battery drains faster after oreo update

I upgraded mine, its now giving error message that my phone is flashed and therefore Samsung Pass can't work due to security reasons,but I never flashed my phone at all.

                                Hey, i'm from Nicaragua and i just got the oreo update for this phone, but now it's battery drains way too fast and when i plug it it goes from 0 to 100% charge in 5 minutes, works normally until 50% where it starts to do weird stuff before turning off, anyone knows why?
