Phone has some problems.its automatically comes out of Aaps & games .and shows not responding.my purchase date is 8.11.2016.its just a month older.but its started giving problems.the camera quality is not like 13 mp.becomes very hot when using 4g in 15 to 20 minutes... i tell the problems ofthe phon to samsung care.. they did software and says its ok now.but same thing happens in next day..so..... battery is really good . Other features are good. Screen ok..

I am waiting for J7 2017 with specs upgraded from 2016, and with removable battery and front flash...coming very soon.

I have just bought this Galaxy J7 Prime today. The back, home and the other key does not illuminate, problem using in dark but the function is alright. I have looked at the google search, so far no advice is working. Anybody can come up with kind help? Thanks in advance.

I have been using this phone for past 2 weeks.Not a single problem till now. Battery life is amazing. Camera pretty good.Sometimes fingerprint doesn't work but most of the times it's good.
Overall it's a good phone for the price you pay :)
