I bought Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime. Really not comfortable when compared with other dual SIM phones. In my phone, secondary SIM slot is always a problem and call gets discontinued quite frequently. I have changed the SIM, service provider and then I found the problem is with the phone and not with the service provider.

What if the time will come that the battery is not charging anymore, is it possible that we can ask the service center to change the battery?

J7 prime is Full Metallic Body comparing to the plastic j7 2016 and j7 prime has Corning Gorilla Glass which j7 2016 doesnt have and the only good thing about j7 2016 is only super amoled but NOT Full High Definition comparing to j7 prime and playing Hard games in j7 prime is smooth just set the video graphics to low when playing NBA 2K17
