JPAC, 23 Jun 2018still no nougat update for J7 prime in Philippines.... grrr... moreAndroid 7.0 is a disaster DO NOT GET IT ON THE J7 after the update the touch screen is unresponsive and when playing games it gets you killed alot

The indian version got the nougat update before like 4 months ago. Ive been using this phone for 2 years. Its sometimes water resistant. Dropped like 10 times and nothing happened. Best for a budget phone.

everytime i try to update from the settings, nothing is happening. it says my phone is already updated. but its still on marshmallow

Carl j, 16 Jun 2018There are alot of complaints about this phone some of them ... moreNo seriously i am using this device since 9 months ago and i have never face any problem even not a single glitch in this device and after its nougat aupdate now its running more smoothly yes there is some lag in some games around 600 mb games but face no lag in 2 gb games which i have already told you and that is my observation you should take your device to service center to resolve these problems.
