I was charging my phone and checked an email after a few minutes I tried to check again but this time the phone did not responded it is all black, but has a blinking blue light. tried to do hard reset power up and the home button and the power button but phone did not responded. Blue light kept on blinking. How to restart it?

Have anyone face this problem when you restart your device after samsung logo then the lock screen appears with black screen then after few seconds changes to its original lock screen have any one face this ? This happens with me 2 times after factory reset.

first go to settings and go to apps and click right side menu option u see as ... triple dot symbol, select reset app preferences option. in that menu and after reset... u select default apps option in same menu ......and ...... select default app selection menu and (set ask before setting default apps)
follow these steps u can set any song or ringtone in memory card

A very good phone. Using for last 1 year.Still working fine. Many compare Samsung phone saying better spec phones available at this price range, but they are ignoring the after sales service. Apple, Samsung etc are priced higher bcoz of quality of product, service, in house design etc. Only complaint is that unlike Apple it does not give update for all models at a time.

good phone...after uninstall unused apps work great...one day fully worked at normal use.very good battery ...disappointed only camera pic quality...after all good price of this range and quality ...
