in my opinion both have some pros and cons TFT is weak but here TFT with 1080p and 401ppi remember this things will improve display quality of TFT than Amoled.

And in Vietnam samsung launched IPS display mobile with 32 gb thats why gsmareana shows IPs screen and with 32 gb rom.
But not in india.
And TFt and ips both are different display

Guys please TFT IPS LCD display is not bad at all becoz its 1080p with 401ppi means sharp pixels if u compare with super Amoled then this 1080p with 401ppi is better,the only difference is color.
All smartphones use IPS LCD becoz they dont have super Amoled as it is made by Samsung and Samsung not given to any smartphones till now so all use IPS display and believe me its reallly gud.
j7 prime have
Fingerprint scanner,
1080p with 401ppi,
Gorilla Glass 4,
2.5 Curved Glass,
front camera 8mp,
and new thing invented by samsung is speaker at right side above to power on/off button,
only cons with prime edition is
non removable battery and Super Amoled Dispaly
but this Dispaly have 1080p with 401ppi only little colour difference.

So super amoled screen which is produced and manufactured by samsung only in the world is top class screen till date. But samsung did not use this sceeen in samsung j7 prime.

Samsung did really mistake by using TFT screen in samsung j7 prime which is of 18700 rs mobile.
I tell you what is the difference among TFT,IPS and Super amoled screen.
TFT LCD
Thin-Film-Transistor Liquid-Crystal-Display (TFT LCD) is a type of LCD using TFT technology mainly to improve Addressability and Contrast.
Features of TFT LCD:
1.It is a type of active matrix LCD display added as a counterpoint to passive matrix LCD.
2.Mainly used these days in Television sets, Mobile phones, handheld video game devices, projectors and various other budget devices.
3.Active Matrix LCDS are lot cheaper to produce so they are commonly used in low and average budget phones and other display devices.
Dark side :
Large TFT LCD requires more power so they dissipate more battery
