- Very Slow in everything (mostly in sms verification and Google chrome)
- Outdated OS Android 8 Oreo
- Battery gets drained quickly (which is so annoying)
- Doesn't have 5g and 5 ghz
- Storage not enough 16 gb after one week use storage full

Been using my j7 prime for 4years now. Great phone. I'm not sure they still make phones this strong and durable

The Galaxy J7 Prime is actually officially only upgradable up to Android Oreo (version 8.1.0), with Samsung Experience 9.5. Is there a mistake there, or some models just couldn't go up to Android 9?

Super long lasting and durable phone. My major problem is that the chipset (Exynos 7870) is too weak to do anything intensive, even scrolling Instagram will lag. For playing back 1080p videos, it's completely fine and I have no problems with it. It has a good TFT LCD display (back in the day), and a fingerprint sensor which is unheard of in this price range in 2016.
