im from Nigeria my galaxy J7 prime SMG610F/DS Yateley made in China with security patch 1 may 2017 still haven't receive the 7.0 nougat update.. could it possible my phone has a problem or what please answer me as soon as possible thank you

I bought my j7 prime about 2weeks ago but have been having problems with the speakers. You can hardly hear when it rings or watch a video as the volume is so low. Is anyone having same problem and have an idea how to fix this?

Just the csc code is changed from XSG (UAE) to XME(MALAYSIA). i have seen in sammobile that the nougat firmware for both the countries available. But whenever i check for the update it says Latest update is installed
