What a great phone by Samsung. Using since last 6 months no lags and no other issues. Camera quality is just awesome.

Im happy to my j7 prime with marsmallow so no need to update for nougat, for what? if u dont have any problem for marsmallow stay and calm.. mine is SM-G610F/DS with 32GB version

Few lines about Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime.
I had purchased this phone in the phone in 1st week of April 2017 & till date it hasnt shown me any kind of lag or hang issues(not speaking about gaming).I know that inspite of having an Exynos 7870 games used to lag on it but this was fixed since the Nougat update.For the people who want flagship camera in a 15k budget phone please get yourself to a nearby psychologist because it is none other than foolish behaviour to expect such lind of things.And moreover it has become more responsive since the 20 MB update.And talking about the camera there isnt any other phone in this segment offering such camera performance.And to sum up IT HAS THE FRONT PORTRAIT MODE.

Personally I will advice you to do the second. Because you are in India and unless you need local language pack/apps of Oman; the Indian firmware will be enough for you. Regards.

I am still waiting for the nougat update SM-G610F/DS, my friends have got it. Why is taking so late for me. My and my friends csc is UAE. But they got the update like 1 week ago. I am still stuck with the 6.0 and above that my security patch is not updated its still of February. Where as my friends get latest security updates every month by Samsung! I just can't figure out whats wrong with my phone! Its made in Vietnam the screen colour is a bit different from SM-G610F made in China versions. But i know my device is official as i got it checked.

Why my J7 prime does not have samsung pay mini?i live in malaysia..when will the update arrive?
