OTG and pendrive is not detecting after upgrading my android to nougat. Please suggest

Should i swap my J7 prime to J7 2016 because i did not like the J7 prime display.J7 2016 have a super amoled display which is better than 1080p display in J7 prime.What do u think guys,should i swap?

For 2nd time i am charged my device from 70% to 100% it takes around 50 mins to get charge.
Means normal prblm solved after hard reset
I request u to do a hard reset if u still face slow charging prblm in j7 prime after nougat update.

Impulse, 17 Sep 2017Thanks alot that was really helpful.how do i confirm my codeTo get your CSC Code, simply go to Playstore, search for the app: Phone INFO ★Samsung★. Install and launch it. As soon as you launch it, it will show you a page, swipe to the left for all the other pages. This app shows you ALL the info about your J7 Prime. Then to check if your 7 Prime has the Nougat update, tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner of the app. Among the drop down, tap on FIRMWARE BROWSER. It will bring up previous updates and latest update of your phone. If the Nougat is available, you will see it there. But then you'll have to download the firmware, if you have to, by tapping on the latest shown update which will bring up a button below asking you to download from SAMMOBILE. If you have any issue, do let me know pls. I hope this help.

[deleted post]I know this issue only can be solved by "Hard Reset". Congratulations to you for doing this. I hope other users will also follow this step.
I know Samsung will not released any patch as this issue is not common to all, but only limited to some users. If anyone has any doubt than they can read forums of A5 (2016), Honor 6X and Mi Note 4 Where people did "Hard Reset and solved the issue. Regards.

People who facing late charging issue after Nougat update in samsung j7 prime here is the solution:
I did a factory reset(Hard reset) on j7 prime becoz i am facing late charging issue.
After hard reset:
I charge my j7 prime from 40% and it takes exact 1hr to charge till 80% and from 80% to 100% it takes 45mins.
If u calculate from 0% to 100%it taking
2hr 45mins.
in marshmallow it was taking 2hr 30mins now just 15mins more.
And after Nougat update i face slow charging issue it was taking very long to charge now after hard reset its solved.
I request all people who facing charging issue after nougat update do a
hard reset(format) to ur device.

please add always in display in the protection in the specifications of j7 prime... bec. j7 prime is already nougat version that has always in display...
