I purchased this Samsung J7 pro phone and found out that Huawei Nova 2i has a higher specs, features and everything with a cheaper amount of price, especially when it comes to camera Huawei nova 2i has a dual camera and it's 16MP and 4GB RAM.

I got my new Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro for the amount of P15,990.00. I never drop the phone, it was really fast when it comes to data connections, playing games, but I only have one problem, Touch screen is not responding well. sometime you need to touch it again, most especially on the notification panel, it doesn't response.
Like for example if you are going to turn on the mobile data, Wi-Fi, Torch, and other stuff on the notification panel it doesn't respond but you have to touch it again.
Any Help??

Deba kolkata, 15 Jan 2018I newly bought j7 pro I have tamper glass protection on it ... moreYes ...it has touch problem ...i was visited showroom after 15mins of purchase but they refused it..on the next day i 've visited samsung service centre but they r not found any problem with it(actually they intentionally denied)..
I several samsung device s3...s5...j5..nd lastly j7 prime before it nd all those model r butter smooth touch response...but j7 pro has genuine touch problem ..this problem with every j7 pro users...
I will never purchase any samsung device...it is a genuine manufacturing defect of j7 pro nd if samsung replace those model then everybody have trust upon samsung...

Increasing the pointer speed to the maximum under Language and Input seems to resolve the touch problems.

I bought this phone on 25th of November 2017 and speaker was spoilt on 20th of Dec 2017 for no reason. I'm totally disheartened by a trusted branded company Samsung.
