So called 32 gb memory which is only 21 available actual memory is 21 gb.

I've been using the Samsung j7 pro for about 5months now, and I can say: it is a well built and designed phone. The aesthetics is 8/10 . I get alot of positive comments about my phone from strangers when I go out. The screen is 9/10 really vivid under bright conditions (sunny days). My phone has fallen down heavily( once on a bitumen road from my pocket, once on a rocky edge from pocket, and on my kitchen floor) thrice now and no single scratch on the screen still! But there are scratches on the back.(But you could buy a jacket for your phone though). The battery goes 4am - 8pm with 15% left on it at 8pm everyday for me (with the mid power saver on). Im a heavy user (games, Insta, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, selfies, photo editor etc) but I'm still not an overly heavy user without a life. If you have an average 'life (life being activities you do in your day) the phone will last you a day. If you have a good life, this phone will last a day and half. Should we talk about if you have a excellent life? The processing power is just above average. Games like PES, Asphalt play with little skips in frame, Otherwise the phone is really Smooth with no lags. If you don't play heavy games, this phone will be super fast to you. The network is really fast 4G 9/10. The camera is dope both front and back 7/10 (I cud send you a example taken with the front cam if you wish). The speaker is really okay 8/10. The phone is heavy mutitasker 9/10. The overall feel and experience(at it's price) is really nice 9/10. It could have been 10/10 if the price were a little cheaper or if the processing handled heavy games better. I hope my epistle help you better understand the j7pro.

Samsung has destroyed it's image in market by launching three models all same except name change, even J7 pro having 16 gb and 32-64 gb at same time. Prices same. All Max Prime are another models al jumbled up.Total confusion to buyers. This is at last stigma of Samsung confusion in explaining their model.No difference in specs shape or color. Only customers getting confused. Heavens sake don't create a cocktail of 2018 models.
