The touch issue I have with tempered glass is very minor, maybe made a bit worse by wet or sweaty fingers. I'm guessing the ones having extreme difficulty with the touch screen must have dry, crusty, calloused fingers. Just to add about the battery, it has 3600 mah capacity which is unusually large and took me 2 and half hours to charge from 15%-100% and lasts me a good 2 days between charges.

AnonD-360539, 31 Dec 2017is j7 pro has gorilla glass ?When people look at j7 pro they want to buy because it looks like a high tech phone but it's not I am not saying it's not good I tell you the problem of it have 3 gb ram it still lags I was using this phone one day it fell the finger print was scratch a little but I couldn't use it I and the screen was like omg it survived and it was scratch and the screen was black on the top and the most terrible thing the touch screen was not working after that I bought p10 lite it's more faster better
AAnd the graphics amazing the don't lag it's very fast 4gb ram 32gb storage pro camera but the same price like j7 pro I suggest you to buy p10 lite

Got sick and tired of the touch being unresponsive, sold it at half the price and got the S7 edge at a great deal from Samsung.

16 gb DS model in middle east and Pakistan has not been updated since u boxed, and Sammy is ratchet in discrimination against India with others, At least update to Nov is must when all over world it is updated.Hope their R&D team reads our comments, or are we answering each other problems. Lastly 16 gb model is a cheat from them in same price of 32 gb. Down with Sammy!

Touchscreen does not work especially the back button... heats up... hangs up... charge slowly... started charging at 35% after 1 hour and 40 minutes its only 80% ... this is bullshit...dont buy J7Pro

They also covered from the tempered glass.. Is that isssue with the tempered glass.. Do i wanna remove it.. whats the protection after remove it

I bought it on 4th at Samsung dealer, West End Mall in Kisumu, Kenya. The first batch they had received. A week later it went. Took it to service center where the motherboard was fitted, later the screen and when I went to collect it, the keys weren't working. They put a request for replacement which was approved. Was told to pick a replacement on 23rd. Got to town when they had closed. Today am not there's no replacement, they will continue repairing it. My question, is it difficult for Samsung to replace a new phone in the market that has been repaired 3 times in a span of a week?

I know well that the rank of interest by counting no of Hits of the Mobile page
dose not evaluate the phone good or not .
But let me tell every body including GSM Arena team :-
* The correct rank of J7 pro during 2017 Should be raised from 5 to upper rak
as GSMArena divided it to 2 names J7 pro and J7 2017 !!!
Although they are the Same Mobile only model no. is different
if you Start open Mobile SM-730F it appear J7 pro( not J7 2017- as GsmArena classified it)
So, if we refer to GSM arena no. of hits for each page ( PRO and 2017) we can add over 6 million hits for J7 2017 + over 12 million hits for J7 pro
the conclusion :J7 pro got over 18 million hits
