This is the best and excellent mobile phone I ever used. Excellent selfie clarity. Battery capacity is extremely good. One of the important feature of this phone is "Samsung Pay". The brightness adjusts according to the amount of light it is exposed. There are too many good features in it.

fadzly, 26 Oct 2017After some time, fingerprint touch not responsive. Bluetoot... moresame problem with AOD. actually it in completely black in day. but dont know why it changes colour to somewhat grey in dark at night. i tried that. in room switch on the light and enable the AOD. it is dark but as soon as i switch off the lights it slowly changes color to somewhat grey. maybe it depends on sensor. there is even update in playstore. but it will not show as it is not compatible. i tried updating AOD apk from sammobile.com still the same problem.

My granddaughter purchased a brand new J7 pro and only had it about 3 weeks when it stopped working. She was devastated, she took it to piont of sale and said they could see a Tiny crack in the bottom screen, apparently there are two screens. They rang Samsung and were told screens are not part of the warranty. It is obvious there is a fault with it but refuse to do anything and say she has to pay. The phone is looked after and treated excellently at all times, not in a pocket but held in the hand or on a table or bench. How does it break that way without anything happening to it? She bought it outright. We are still waiting for Samsung to phone us 2 days later.
