Rik, 25 Dec 2018My j7 pro it take 12 hours to fully charge.. Mine gets fully charged for 2 hours and 15 minutes only from the time I got it. I got it last June of this year. I always turn my phone off everytime I charge it and I also don't use my phone while im charging it. I also remove my phone case everytime I charge it to prevent the case from trapping the heat from the battery. These things actually affect the phone's battery life. Try discharging the phone battery power completely , do a factory reset and recharge the phone.

Does anyone have problems with the theme store like me?
My phone is brand new but ever since I got it I can't open Samsung themes. It keeps showing me "service error/772300_26e9adc34000/S1009" and it's so frustrating. The problem is persistent even after the oreo update. I tried everything: rebooting the phone, deleting data and cache from the app, signing on and off my Samsung account, resting my wifi DNS, restting app preferences but nothing happened. I tried to factory reset my phone but for some reason it keeps getting stuck at the processing circles for too long so I gave up on that. Other than this problem the phone is running smoothly and the battery is great but this themes bug is just so annoying.
What should I do?

I tr... moreDo not downgrade the OS to nougat, my J7pro working perfectly without any bugs or lag because if you force to to downgrade the OS might get misbehave due to old system of nougat was already missing including the important program code

Mine Take About maximum 3hour , 20 , 30 minutes Give or Take
And free Tip To Make Your Battery Fine Try finish all battery until phone become died then charged your phone while phone is turn off
Then have an on Time how much will took to Charge

8/10 for a budget phone
decent to good performance with okay camera and a great battery, but the only problem was its durability. I've had this phone for about 6-7 months now. After a couple of drops (sorta inevitable for me), in 5 months, my LED under the screen got messed up and a purple blur grew on my screen. After replacement, i dropped from just sitting down on a chair and now the screen is glitching, though this may be due to poor screen replacement. In general, its a good phone, but unless your clumsy (like me lol), dont buy.

I got mine way back June of this year. The phone is really good specially the battery. Mine still has the original screen on it. Then the Oreo update came. The update was around 1Gb the first time it was released but I didn't do the update and waited instead for some feedbacks. There were a lot of bad feedbacks that came out specially about the battery draining faster and the camera aperture. I still waited. I thought Samsung will do something about it and they did. The pending update on my phone went away and then came back a couple of days. A week and a half maybe and this time it came around 900mb. And then I made the update and the phone honestly is still good. I think its even a lot better now specially with the RAM management and the smoothness of the app transitions. Battery is still good and all the same. Camera too still has the same aperture. 1.9 for the selfie and the 1.7 for the one at the back.

I am really disappointed about this phone.
It fell down after using for three months and it costed 12000 to repair, now after almost four months of repairing it again fell down from a sofa to the floor and its flickering and many tiny horizontal lines are shown on the screen...
Plz dont buy this phone. Its LCD is too weak and is very expenaive ...
