      Has anyone tried doing a screenshot after updating to oreo? If so, what method did you use? I've been trying to do a screenshot with every method I know but nothing is working. So instead I placed the app inside Game Launcher and used it's screenshot function.

          I bought a pre-owned J7 pro recently that has a carrier lock and has been used for nearly a year. I observed that the battery seems to be draining fast at the end of the day.

            Just an update, my phone is working again after downgrading to previous OS version (nougat 7.0). Did it about an hour ago. Fyi i'm putting the link below, that's exactly the instructions that i've followed to fix the issue. Below is the link of that video. Thanks.

Im... moreCheck the previous posts, there are a lot of comments mentioning the touch screen issue after updating...i've experienced it myself...to answer your question, you'll probably have an issue if your lcd screen was replaced...however if it was an authentic lcd from samsung then i think there is nothing to be worried about....myself and most people who have experienced the problem had their lcd replaced with a non authentic one... I've visited a samsung service center and i was advised to have them replace the lcd for 5k.

                    For now what i'm gonna do is manually flash the 8.1 rom to try to fix the issue, if that doesnt work then probably do a downgarde to 7.0. I held in performing either due to the risk of bricking the phone (fyi i have the issue for almost 2 months now and i am currently using my other phone which is way better (an oppo f9)), but tonight im gonna do the former and see what happens. Hopefully it fixes it.

If it fails to download . You can upgrade it in samsung service centers too. Check your service centre. It may be Wahran ,Al Nahar or Babtain.

                                      louis, 31 Oct 2018io have an issue ,i have a j7 pro samsung 16gb and a micro ... moreTry to move some Apps storage from internal memory to external memory
                                      to do that:-
                                      -open developer options in settings menu ( by touching building no. 7times- Building no. is in software info under about phone)
                                      -go to force allow apps on external let it on
                                      after that you will be able to get in each apps you installed to change storage to external(SD card)

                                      PS.: Sure you should use SD wisely or by bigger SD.
                                      any more clarification please let me know
