Don't upgrade your j7 pro to Oreo for now. There will be lot of bugs its better to update after they fix in another update of oreo.

Ask your friends who are using Samsung S7 and S8 series whether they are also facing the same problem.

If your phone is under warranty or extended paid warranty, go to Samsung authorized service centre and report the problem to them. Tell them to rectify without erasing or resetting anything. They simply erase the whole phone even for display problem. They will listen only if you say repeatedly.

before doing anything i can't guarantee 100% that this will solve your problem.

Touch is not working after oreo update. no way to fix that,because touch is not functioning. You cannot open developer option or not update your phone in future. Samsung kill our phone.Everyone please do something or this problem should be continued.
