Fed up with the device and samsung is still the same.The first experience with samsung was 10 years back and after that I decided that I would never buy one , used lot of devices within these years and all were good then planned to buy j7 pro as a secondary device and again samsung failed showing that they have never focused on the mass. Below are the problems I am facing with j7 pro
1. Extremely slow
2. Touch is unresponsive sometimes
3. Can't use many apps on same time otherwise it hangs
4. Sometimes the headphone jack doesn't work
5. If headphone taken out the speakers stop working
To mention I am using this as a secondary device and don't have a rough use of it moreover this is just 6 months old with all the new updates. Even I visited samsung store with the same complaint and the guy said that this is the first j7 pro he is handling with so much issues after putting a new software the problem persists. Advise...don't buy this shit there are better device available which are better than j7 pro

Literally fed up from this phone in last 6 months. Touch issue, & now slowness issue after latest upgrade of June security patch. Touch issue is still not resolved after so many updates. Samsung sucks badly.

But in Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro, just upgrade your smartphone and purchase a new one

Ali, 05 Jul 2018Yes I have sometime it struck badly...Yes I have problems on the area around i on the keyboard be it letters or apps. I have to tap several times to get a response. Sometimes I have to press the home button and start all over again. It's very annoying. I contacted Samsung and they gave me possible troubleshooting solutions which do not work at all.

Both Asus zenfone max 2016 only for battery never played any games used this it a wifi hot spot on within less than a year battery has started to give up. My most trusted brand is samsung. j7 pro is excellent in all aspect ring volume camera battery even samung gui work very well with TPA.

Ali, 05 Jul 2018Yes I have sometime it struck badly...Sometimes I see the icon being depressed but nothing happens. Means the touch is registered by both the software and hardware. I suspect it is registered as a slide rather than a tap. Samsung needs to revert to the old touch firmware that has worked so well on their older phones.
