I'm from Sri Lanka and sat update I received was in March since then I have not received any updates for my J7 pro. Can anybody explain why and when will Android O coming to J7 pro?

The solution:
select force installing programs in SD card under Developer options
Then you can check applications already installed -->under settings
you will find out "change to SD card" Shows under each program -which was not allowed t before!!
PS:
if Developer options not shown in your mobile
just got to Settings/about phone/Software information
then touch build number 7 times
developer options will shows

So don't do it unless it is a must
You tube may help very much
But it is highly recommended that root should be done by someone provisional
and in the must case
as it is voiding the guarantee of the phone + it may not startup never again

Hello,
My phone power button and volume up/down buttons are lagging ! with no reason at all!
all this happened after the last update! it's not a hardware issue, because the power button works if the phone is off! and I can't getout ot safe mode at all...
DON'T UPDATE YOUR PHONE FOR THE LATEST UPDATE!
If any one have the same issue please confirm and he solved it?

hi, I put a pattern lock, I wanted to remove it,coz it takes time to open. I remove the pattern but then I open it again and the pattern don't match. problem now is I cant open it ,cant use it

Had this phone for 6 months now and still think this is a good phone. The highlight of this phone of course is it's large battery capacity which lasts me a good 7 hours of screen time with moxed usage, beautiful screen and premium finish. However, performancewsie for the same price you're better off with the Nokia 6.1. Powered by Snapdragon 630. It's the only phone I would purchase over this.
