If you buy it today you’ll be ok. Great budget phone, get the 64gb version if you can.

I have been using J Pro for last 6 months. Earlier i was using Xiaomi Mi4. Below are the pros & cons i observed:
Pros are: Really good rear camera, Good enough front camera, Front flash is an additional plus point, screen resolution, Clean OS, Superb call quality, superb speakers & music quality.
Cons: 1. I am struggling since last 6 months in putting any tempered glass on its screen. Whenever i put any tempered on its screen, screen becomes less responsive in some of the screen areas. Following samsung care suggestion, i even tried Fiber tempered glass which is pretty more sensitive as per them, but no luck. Still searching for its solution.
2. I am using samsung for the 2nd time in last 8-9 years since i started using mobile phone. In J7 pro i found something abnormal and i am not sure if it's a problem or OS specific. Whenever i click on any system app like Dialer, Gallery, Messages, or Settings, its (system app's) icon appears on the screen for next 2-3 secs then the app opens up. It's really irritating. It wastes a lot of time. I tried searching in all settings if i can disable this, but never got that option. Now i am waiting desperately for Android O on this handset. That might help in getting rid of this problem. If anyone else faced this problem on his/her samsung handset & knows its solution, please do let me know. I'll be thankful.

* J7 pro over all has Nice 2 cameras :-

* J7 pro has Samsung Pay ( but it is not activated in some countries)
* USB 2 -- it 's old type ,yes >but---> it has OTG support ( On the Go)
* the phone is really Smooth with no lags. If you don't play heavy games,
*this phone will be super fast to you. The network is really fast 4G
*The screen is really vivid under bright conditions (sunny days).
*The speaker is really okay
Cons.
-No fast charging -> for me no problem with that
-No Protection Glass --> you can use wallet or a case
Main comments here that are bad come from either people who expect flagship-like performance out of midrange phone.
Or are Chinese phone fan boys who basically have no idea what they are talking about, and simply have the mindset that everything except china phone is a rip-off. Even though they basically don't know that there is something called "quality" that exists and needs to be taken in consideration.

Mar1, 08 Apr 2018I have touch problem in my j7 pro 64gb version. Recently (last week) I received a 195mb update and the touch issue of my J7 pro 64gb was solved. Very happy now. I'm from Kuwait.

If you have any problems about the update try to factory reset the phone after you update it. Somehow it will help.
