Now my phone works great! Do it right now and enjoy your great phone. Before doing factory reset u should get back up of all u want to save from ur internal memory. Good luck

That's the reason i commented that after updating my phone is working fine. Not only me , my wife is also using the same but Gold colour. Mine is Black. Even she's also not feeling any problem. We'r staying at West Bengal Kolkata(India).

I don't have a screen protector. And still it does not register my touches occasionally.

The Touch issues is just because of your screen protector that's all. I have my j7 pro and it's working fine. Awesome device!

Volume Up + Home + Power button at the same time when phone is off...

Nokia x6 2018 or j7 pro 2017 or mate 10... moreThe mate 10 is also on par with the Nokia 6x but i would go for the Nokia just because it's using a Snapdragon chip set XD
If you don't like the notch on the Nokia then you should go for the Mate 10 lite... It's up to you tho haha

My phone was working well somehow (with a little touch issue,but ignoreable) but after 2 updates it got worst and worst. Touch issue, sms problems, battery draining and battery charging time, etc. So pls don't judge from your side only and if u can, help us and give us solutions. Tnx
