j7 pro unresponsive touch screen. touch not work properly, I bought this phone and 2 days use and I sold this phone half price.I am really shocked to buy tihis phone.

So it's not a real pro mode.

I faced the same situation when my j7 pro speaker went bad last March 2018. If it is repairable within 2 weeks they'll not replace the device. But finally you'll get your device professionally repaired and most probably you'll be happy.

I purchased Samsung J7 before month from Qatar and i send it to India for my wife . Unfortunately it cant used even 24 hours . When battery charge finished its not working after i make full charge , its restarting . When i bring back to Qatar for repairing samsung authorized servicing center staff told me its auto re start problem . They tell me that it will repair with in one day time and they will send me feedback . But they dont send any message and when i contact them through customer service they tell me that need to order for parts and will take one week . When i claim for replacing device they tell me that if it is with in one week time only they will replace . I feel Samsung very bad after sale service .
