I bought this phone and dropped it bad a couple of times and still not even a single scratch on the screen. Your service center claim is entirely irrelevant. If your local service center isn't good that doesn't mean its the whole company. My speakers blew up cause of dropping it from my car. They replaced it under warranty despite having the phone already rooted and the knox already tripped. I'm still laughing on your comment, more on your mentality. I ain't a Samsung fan but there's a limit of stupidity.

Njoy, 13 Nov 2017Anybody here experienced draining of battery of samsung j7 ... moreYes it drains 1 percent an hour for my j7 pro 2017. I find it very unsual since I had J5 2016 before and it doesn't drain overnight.

I don't know if I am the only who's experiencing this, My front camera can't focus that much (some delays to focus) somewhat dark.
Is it normal?

guys is the RAM management in this phone classified as bad? because i just bought this phone 2 weeks ago and the free RAM i only ever seen max 1,3gb. yeah i just installed a lot of application but if i remembered correctly when the first time i'm using it, its free-space RAM also max 1,3gb.
BY THE WAYYY this phone is really good, beautiful design, i'm really impressed. i just want to know that one thing..

Is it normal that the front camera of my J7Pro is a bit delay especially when I'm in a little dark place "Delay and Cannot focus" unlike the rear camera

This is by far the worst phone and the worst service center ever. You lost a samsung fan right here. Ever wonder why this model has a 'free' flip cover? Because the LCD is the worst in the market. I tiny bump will cost u 5k to have it replaced. Nightmare. Also, they would insit to have the motherboard replaced even it works perfectly well as another service center validated. Scumbags!!! Iphone replaces under warranty wit no hullabaloo. And iPhones lasts longer. Durable. Consistent. Booo Samsung
I only had mine for 3 months and all the hassle this scrappy cp has put me through is not worth my 16k. Never again.
