Hy I have a problem in my j7 pro(j730F). From 1 month i have a problem in my phone that when i put on charging to my phone.my phone is off and not on even i press power button so that i on my phone to press power and home button and volume to restart my phone.i alredy factory reset my phone'my contact and data lost but problem remain same.pls tell me this is software problem or hardware problems and how i can solve it

Im using j7 pro for a week. I bought it because i use j7 before n never have prob with it. Never once sent for repair. Its a good phone. Nt using temper glass for j7 pro since it has gorilla glass. If u watch youtube the screen is very hard to scratch and broken. I guess thats the answer for why you have a touch prob issue when using temper glass. Im nt using it.. Since it has a thick ori gorilla glass. And has no prob with the battery at al. Very lasting..

I have bought this phone 3 weeks ago.. But actually this phone gives me the worst experience for the touch screen.. The screen is not sensitive and you have to press two or three times for the screen to respond... I am going to sell It for sure

J7pro user, 11 Apr 2018Me too my problem is the touch of samsung j7 pro.it is not ... morego to nearest Samsung Care Center
and Ask them to install Stock firmware of the Phone ( Which wad on June2017)
it is better than the updates which you may downloaded & install it on the device

I am using j7 max from last 7 months i am a heavy user but i stop heavy use from few months but same problem is the phone is off any time and not open again the solution is press power key and volume down key at a same time the phone will start again but the phone is not so good

Hi,
Samsung is pushing VoLTE update for Vodafone in India. I have installed it, but does not see VoLTE symbol though Vodafone confirmed VoLTE for my connecton. Any body facing same issue?
