Yes I have face the same problem of touch screen in Samsung j7 pro. It's not work smoothly and effectively. When I used it i found that my contact details also mismatched. I'm not satisfied with it.

I had my Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro for half a month and it has a very good performance. No lags while using it when charging and good camera selfie during night. I really love this phone. I encourage you to buy this phone.

I got 2 J7 pRO. the problem looks like, touch screen on both my handset is not that active,,,, sometime while typing some alphabets some get missed,,,, you need to delete and type again. Screen is very slow... do you all have same issue.

spy, 05 Apr 2018I can't see my sim contacts on my phone, any help?Go to contacts then tap the three dots on the upper right corner of the screen then tap settings then choose Contacts to display. This will give you options which storage (phone, sim 1, sim 2, etc..) to display in your contacts.

When I picked it up, the screen had a crack on it. The second time I dropped it, the screen had a this tiny green circle. Then it turned bigger everyday until my screen had this mossy green color. I had to pay 5300 for the repair.
