It's a very nice phone doesn't lag nor does it heat ... the battery life is awesome. Stats for more than 2 days without gaming. And stay for two days with heavy gaming. The graphics are good for a mid range phone

Even if u say that u didn't drop the phone but the Samsung reps could not justify it since they are not with you by the time the screen breaks. So better buy a new one rather than fixing it. You might get scammed on the process .. Php4.2k + 1k service fee is not a good deal . Kinokotongan ka

I bought new samsung j7 pro for Rs. 20,000..im facing some issues in dis phone like it hangup, n volume is not wroking properly... n songs vl suddenly play itself n getoff itself... so my suggestion dnt buy dis handset...

samsung j7 prime easily breaks the screen and lcd. I never drop the phone, and i have screen protector and screen protector still easily breaks. I bought this worth 16,000. and i just for 3 months. I seeks help to samsung service and says will cover the warranty and i need to pay addition 4200 and 1000 to fix it. I asked them to forward my request to main office. I talked to raymond says he's case manager he says he can't help me on this i explained i take of the phone. the case manager promised me to endorsed this his supervisor i expected to call back for 2 days i dont get any feed back. Im so disappointed wil the assistance of samsung after being patrionizing they product they say they cant help me.
