No other Samsung phones are good at present except S24 Ultra, but S24 Ultra is too expensive without any reason.

Okay so this phone really just served me well for 5 years until I switched to iPhone where it started lagging like crazy, deleting/corrupting videos/pictures or even text messages, then when I gave it to my son, it died out to the infamous (MMC_Read_Failed) or the (MMC_Write_Failed) error and just died out fully after a week of that error appearing, now it's just some paperweight in my wardrobe, I really didn't repair it as I don't really want to delete all memories on this Because it needed a fully new MMC.

While being a very slow phone navigating inside the os it is still pretty fluent because samsung's OneUI is pretty optimized. That's why now I am switching to S24. Served me well for over two years. Also the battery is not good ngl.

J8 after 5 years still works, the problems are the battery not enough for 3 hours on Wifi and the screen has a lot of cracks but still functioning. This phone is so durable that multiple drops can't kill the panel. Now it's time to switch to Galaxy A15.

This has been serving my dad well until he dropped it where it just made the infamous "mmc_read_failed" error

This phone is a fricking concrete block, 3 story fall, not a problem, a couple of dents in the back panel, but nothing concerning, the screen was in mint condition, 10 falls face first onto concrete, still nothing, slammed against a wall, Nothing

It might not be top of the line, but let me tell you, it will NEVER DIE

Sadly, it did die today. 30 cm fall was all it took. Poor thing was tired of this world. I might replace the screen if I get into the repair world, which is something I've wanted to do for a while. For now, I'm jumping to the A54.

Desolate Intention, 03 Apr 2023This phone REFUSES TO DIE!!! I've had it for FIVE year... moreIt refuses to die because of the non removable batteries that can give enough juice to the phone. Even my old a20s which is over 3 yrs with the same snapdragon 450 simply won't die even at 1 percent battery left. Not a power beast, but the SD 450 doesn't go hard on the battery. The thing I don't like about the Galaxy J series, the motherboard design, if you break the charging port, you have to change a whole motherboard, which sucks

Anonymous, 24 May 2023Too bad the j series was cancelled in 2020I'm glad the J series has been discontinued. With that stupid internal design where the charging port is soldered to the motherboard and the fact that the back panel is not removable and you have to access the battery, once you completely teared Down the phone....... this phone is a headache. On a Galaxy a series, you can remove the back easily and you can fit any 5000 mah battery from any different manufacturer, since the motherboard is separated from the charging port
