Yeah, we have the same J8 smartphone, but do not compare your own unit to any other unit with the same J8 smartphone with your Crappy comment. If you have a faulty device, you have to visit your Samsung Care Center or wherever you purchased it.

there is no such issue in the fone.this is not true thing . because i am using this device . and so many issues are there in this phone ------ (1) hanging issue -- device hangs a lot
(2) heating issue -- heats so much
(3) battery draining issue -- device's battery drains very fast
(4) restarting issue -- sometimes , my this device restarts automatically
( features are very very poor --

Disappointed:
1. 720 x 1480 pixels - HD? really?
2. Plastic body - What happened to the J series all metal uni-body?
3. MicroUSB 2 - Type C should be a standard especially J series! it's 2018!
4. You can get a better smartphone at its price.
