So this is totally not a tablet, unless is a Galaxy tab 7 (2016). Is just a phablet with 7 inch. So is this samsung j max are the same phablet category as the xiaomi mi max 3? Is it anything to compare with xiaomi mi max 3 or huawei mediapad X2?

Second, you should post your issue in J7 Max thread where the other users can help you. Here no one can help you as J Max users are different.
Third, you should visit a nearby authorized Samsung service center for help. Regards.

I bought j7 max 6 month before and it shut it self down anytime .. and doesnt trun on .. so i have to press volumeup down and power button each time it is shut !! What is the cause of this?? Are anyone facing same Problem!

i am using it 1 year and 2 month stil running perfectly, still i get great battery backup. its a great tab every games and apps run smothly. only high grapics games lag. its simple its have poor cpu and gpu. great camera both in good light and low light, good design and build quality, the only reason i dont like its have low storage.

The device is too slow in file transfer and other processes. a phone this good should have had a very good speed also.
Why did they not include finger sensor in j max? I mean, older versions have it

Very slow too slow I don't know why Samsung made this type of things which are very slow. Its a very poor choice and making the Samsung company name bad.

This phone has good battery life.. will get around 12 hrs even if we use Internet. But very poor storage space. As many of the apps can't be transferred to memory card it is creating much problem. Camera is very very poor...sometimes it get hanged ultimately better don't go for this tab.
