2. Does the lens scratch easily?

4. Is the lens blur real?

The battery life is what you would expect from a phone that's running such a big camera. It runs quickly and smoothly. It's a little heavy and thicker than most samsungs but otherwise it's a great phone to have. Real eyecatcher when you talk in public with it!

The display is awesome and the camera has plenty of options also it captures in my opinion way better than lumia 1020 or xperia z2, z3 or any other phone, just because you have the 10x zoom. If you dont mind sticking to android 4.4.2 as it wont receive lollipop, it wont be any problems. Also keep in mind to buy one of those autopop covers to cover the camera lenses.

Is the camera ( details ) good? Is the lens blur on the sides real ?

I think so too expensive because a single sim or a front camera is only 2 mp now a says its not too much

And Samsung refuses to release it more updates !!!!

Samsung is a COMPLETE DISASTER !!!!
Samsung is the worst phone brand in terms of updates. It is a complete disaster. Samsung deceives to their users. Samsung tells lies. I have got this Galaxy K Zoom since one year ago and it has not received a single update, and also will not receive Lollipop.
This will be my last Samsung !!!!!
I will never buy another Samsung !!!!

guys the galaxy k zoom wont get lollipop.yes its true.its official.never buy again samsung mobiles..they dont worth the money.and is the more expencive company for mobiles,with out any good support

Samsung is cheater.why it is making so making many flagship series , if they can not take care .phone is best but company has forgotten about it after making it.no android update till now.shameless thing for such a big company.

This is m... morei have this phone for an year. no problems, no failue and no dissapointment. just keep it clean, updated and dont smash it to the wall and will work perfectly. mother board has nothing to do with your incompetence. enjoy your K ZOOM as a camera with phone, not as an brick ;)

I have had a reoccurring problem with this phone. This is my second handset with both the phone having the same problem. The camera decides that it doesn't want to work whenever it wants and won't for a few weeks, then work for a few and it just keeps happening. I've had my contract since Nov 14 and this had happened countless times. It's even been sent of twice to the store to be told nothing is wrong with it. Whenever it stops working it says preview timeout error but no one seems to know what this means. I've also reset the phone on few occasions but it keeps happening. It happens if I have an sd card in and when I don't so im actually pulling my hair out with it. I love to take photos that's the only reason I got this phone so it's a joke that it doesn't work, especially when I want it to. Anyone have any ideas please!
