THis phone has a some serious problem of getting hang . I need to restart this phone every half an hour . Any body has any solution for this .

The most important thing about this smartphone is WHEN Samsung launch 5.0 Lollipop update !!!!
We are waiting since ages in order to know WHEN will be ready Lollipop update for the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom.
This phone needs an update firmware as soon as possible !!!

himanshu, 19 Jun 2015hye, m facing the same problem, did Samsung service centre ... morehimanshu just go to samsung service center...i have the problem that ur facing..i go to samsung service center provide the amazon bill..within 24 hour they fully replace my camera lens..i also extend my warrenty for 2 years in the cost of 1860..have a great day...

K zoom is an amazing smartphone. As a camera device shots amazing photos, even to dark, with very low level noise and high definition picture performance in auto mode, without software low light tweaking, because it no need it... In high light level, camera performance is very good, too, with amazing definition even close to objects. The x10 optical zoom performance is absolutely perfect. As music player, the speaker is absolutely loud, bass and clear! Samsung has produce a good enough device, but isn't notice the quality of material... Dust issue inside camera lens after a period of time is the only BIG problem of this device... Camera focus after several times because of the black dots that appear on the photoshot wich is accumulated dust inside the lens. Im very sad with this problem, and i'll be more sad if they don't fix it in service that i'll send it the next day after i write τhis text...

This smartphone DOESN'T HAVE A LED FLASH AND WONT WORK AS A TORCH, it does however have a RED LED RF Light that pre-flashes in the dark but wont stay on longer then a second.
It's a retarded move by Samsung, this model has a huage back that would easly fit a triple LED flash/highlight like C905 has.

There was message th... more@vinay just turn on your ultra power saving mode it check will it happens again or not.if it happens again then just simply turn off ur device.and press the power button and vol up key u will found factory reset.just wipe ur factory data and reboot the phone ur problem will be solved..do the hard reset not the soft one ok..thank u

I have strange issue with my phone.
There was message that the space in the phone is running out and I should delete some files. I deleted and still it showed vacant space in different sizes. More I deleted more it say no space.
Then the battery went dead. After charging the phone is not coming to life. It is not coming to ON and the battery goes dead trying to switch it on.
Can some one help.

I absolutely love this phone. I had the s4 zoom before this. The only problem I have found is that it doesn't seem to freeze motion as well as the s4 zoom. This is a must and I may have to go back to the s4 zoom, as that is the main reason I got the xenon flash. Any advice? I have tried playing with the iso and shutter speed. Still getting blurry motion. :( Ideas on settings to manipulate?
