        Please read this carefully
I have purchased galaxy k zoom 3 months ago ..
An the phone was superb for the 3 months ..only problem was the non function of smart stay and smart pause...which I didn't take too seriously. .

But yesterday when I took my phone at morning I saw a strange crack on my phone...The crack was a single line through the glass. I can feel the crack when I run my fingers through the screen...
Why this happen even though the phone made of is so called corning gorilla 3?
Is there any way to replace or refund the item? The product still have 9 months warranty ....
How do I repair the item from authorised repair center??
I request anyone to answer my questions .....Thank you

Good camera phone. I had a S4 Zoom b4 this and it was bulkier.

This is lot sleeker and hand-friendly. Really like this phone with Hexa core!

I've owned the K Zoom for several months. Overall it's been one of the best phones I've ever owned. The zoom lens makes taking pictures so much more fun. Having a zoom for things like concerts, sporting events, or even a trip to the zoo, you can get amazing close up shots. Not only do you get 10x optical zoom, but with 20mp to work with you can even use digital zoom and not have much quality loss. As some have mentioned you do need to be careful to not get dust under the lens cover. I noticed a couple specs of dust under mine and bought a case with a lens cover and haven't experienced any more dust contamination. The dust doesn't effect the picture quality for me and apparently you can clean out any dust by removing the outer plastic cover using a blow dryer to heat it up and then a small suction cup to remove it. This gives you access to the actual glass lens and the other side of the outer lens cover. Once I got a case, the dust was no longer a concern and the phone has been great ever since. I even get LTE in some spots with AT&T. If it's not LTE then its on HSPA+ which is plenty fast enough for things like streaming HD video. I recommend this phone to anyone who loves photography.
