Worst phone I had ever experienced, as before taking this phone, I took specifications of it but in all those adds there was not written anywhere that this phone has no gyroscope sensors.. I got my money waste by buying this, please go for another phones, don't trust on flagship phones always..

I purchase samsung m12 online. I used samsung mobile first time.my experience about this mobile is fantastic. Pictures quality is excellent.

I am using this Samsung m12 - 6 GB RAM / 128 GB internal memory.
Pros- 1) Good Display
2) Loud ringtone.
Cons- it LAGS on simple Apps. The Processar is very Weak. Unable to handle Android 11 Heavy Software. Even the 90Hz Display is Lagging.
My Old Samsung Galaxy J7 2016 is much better than this Trash Brick. Only disadvantage of J7 is that it has 16 GB internal memory.
So I have purchased this M12 - 128 GB phone.
So please Do not waste your hard earn money.
Add few more money and buy Samsung other phones like M31, F41 etc.

Yesterday I purchased this heavy Jumbo from Local shop at INR Rupees. 14000. Only.
Now I am telling its Merits.
Screen Quality Good. Battery Efficiency Good.
Demerits- Battery charging time is around 4 hours.
I will Update it after 10 days.

My phone is Samsung Galaxy M12. I'm not getting the calls recorded automatically option worked in my mobile. Though I have set it for record all calls automatically, the calls are not getting recorded. And even I'm not getting an option to record the call manually.
Please help me in this regard.
The same msg I sent to samsung customer care.
I was shocked at their reply that they replied me as that feature is not available now.
But when I bought my phone I used that feature and even recorded some calls too.
And now I want that feature to be enabled.
I'm totally disappointed with this product in this regard.

Samsung we are looking for snapdragon latest 4g cpu for galaxy m series phones and we don't like Mediatek cpu for m series phone.
We are looking for. 5.7 inch display phone with only one best camera without so many camera (so many camera are two much of cost for us when we buy the phone)
Other than those three suggestion no any other issues.
Well done Samsung, we like your galaxy m series phone.

The Umidigi Power 3 released last year matches this phone for spec and surpasses it with features such as NFC for pretty much the same price.

Looks like a fairly disposable phone.
Plastic not many bands 4G.
Big but the price is okay.
But a waste of money.
