m14 5g, using pd charging quite fast, and battery great. but for gaming mobile legend got problem lag. to avoid lag, can install game plugin from Samsung store, then set max fps . hope me samsung update rom soon.

We can't say the proper reason.
I can say that some mobile network operators either do some mistakes or do it intentionally or do it for security reason or whatever.
One of my known faced a problem like was unable to send messages while staying abroad despite having an active plan which had everything he needed.
Calling the operators was not headache but they told that problem will be solved within 7 days.
Somehow after 2 or 3 days that problem solved.
Things like this don't happen all time but when happens the user feels it.

It would work well for all people who use phones for day to day usage like for communication, map, music, movies, online shoping, banking and other normal usage.
Samsung phones can easily last upto 5 year depends on normal usage.
So, nice purchase, that's it.

Bought this phone under government incentive package just costed RM250 (Malaysian Ringgit), purely 5G with expandable RAM up to 8GB virtually, but I just kept is as 2GB stock and 128MB internal storage, hopefully worth it for elderly people like my mum .. :)

In future samsung might push software updates to solve this or else that stupidity will stay with this phone permanantly.
In 2023 companies are doing these kind of things shamelessly.
People travel internationally with their devices and when they get these type of troubles abroad, companies don't care.

It's not a good choice in this price range. Hardware specs are okay, but the software lags significantly from other smartphones. If you are a general user, you might miss the basic features such as slow-mo video capture, screen recording, dual apps, dual space, etc.

You tried calling the network operator or not about this no 5G problem?
Asking cause sometime operators do stop users from accesing high speed network.
If you have done all you can do on user level and even after that 5G ia not working then i think the device has some problem.
Try visting the service center for warrenty.

This phone has 5g capabilities but if you don't have 5g in your area obviously it won't give you 5g
