You need to go to settings if you want it to install the updates automatically or manually ( either through wifi or phone network). Accordingly it will act.

It will get android 14 and android 15 update in future as samsung claims to give 2 year android os updates for mid range phones.

Anonymous, 19 Apr 2023Blocking 4k means whatSorry, i saw someone mentioned in comments section that 4k is not supported in this phone while the chipset supports it, hence mentioned my response.
But after viewing sansung website i am sure this phone can play 4k videos at 30fps.
Don't know about the camera like if it can record in 4k or not.
I don't need 4k at all as i am happy with 720p on mobile 1080p on laptop or desktop and 4k on tv(which i don't have, the tv i am saying).
4k in mobile is just marketing like those 120hz refresh rate display, buy now for me.
In below 7 inch display spending money for 4k is full waste.
Those who are just happy by knowing and having those numbers in their phone stay happy with your 4k number, just don't feel those 4k.

Got this in Sri lanka on April 4th. Just watch some reviews. This thing meets my requirements. Good enough camera for me, only 30fps video and no OIS are cons. 7 hour SOT over 2 days on 4G. 10+ hour SOT over 2-4 days on wifi doing stuff like chat, calls , browsing, youtube , spotify , reading. Everything else just works , I put it on 60Hz for even more battery lol. Exynos 1330 is not meant for playing games or fluid 90hz animations , its just a mid cpu for light tasks. One thing I noted was very fast gps lock and sure enough it supports qzss and navic. No nfc in Sri lanka. Speaker , earpiece, mics and display are just good enough for the price. You get what you pay for and I’m happy with what I got for the money. Far better hardware quality like button switches and ports , good color accuracy than chinese ones in this price range.
