Samsung Galaxy M14 4G debuts with Snapdragon 680

Samsung launched the 5G-capable Galaxy M14 back in March of last year, and now, almost exactly one year later, the company is releasing the Galaxy M14 4G in India.

The M14 4G is now sold by Amazon India, costing INR 8,499 ($100) for the base version with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The higher tier with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is for INR 11,499 ($140). Both of those amounts are exactly INR 1,000 less than what was rumored last week. The phone is available in Arctic Blue and Sapphire Blue.

It is launching with Android 13 on board, which is unfortunate considering the fact that it's only going to get two major Android updates, which means it won't make it any further than Android 15. On the other hand, it will receive four years of security patches.

Samsung Galaxy M14 4G features

The Galaxy M14 4G comes with a 6.7-inch FHD+ PLS LCD screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC at the helm.

There's a triple rear camera at with 50 MP main sensor and two 2 MP decorative sensors. A 13 MP selfie camera is mounted inside the waterdrop notch, while a side-mounted fingerprint sensor resides in the power button.

A 5,000 mAh battery with support for 25W charging powers the Galaxy M14 4G.
