M20, nice phone with a serious problem, phone constantly hangs on numerous apps. Still searching for the fix as Samsung techs disavow any such problems exist.

Samsung m20 shows a option to 'end call', before I try to end a call if in case person other side ends the call then it the ' end call ' option becomes 'video call ' suddenly then a video call goes back to that same person. This happend many times .
Samsung a great company has a stupid software design like this . Bull shit

It is very difficult to buy a good phone that helps you basing on opinions here. I spent almost 3 hours checking on a phone and when I think it's the best the opinions are contrary. This platform is very technical. Guys be giving authentic opinions rather than junk.

I had m30 before with 4gb ram and it didn't drain the battery, it worked perfectly, but I didn't like amoled screen, although is nice, from other side looks little unnatural. Someone told me it doesn't matter 3 of 4 gb ram about m20, just do the factory reset after the upgrading.
