I have been having better experiences with my M20 of about 3weeks old now. No battery/charging issues. No heating up. Quality cameras but not the best anyways 😄. It's just a great device from Sam. I love❤it. Now my question is.. What happens if I don't update to PIE, will it cause any harm to the device?????

Hello I just go my M20 3weeks ago and it has been so good to me, better battery comsumption and no heating up. In fact it does things just good... But only thing is that it doesn't run fast indoor. But I am getting fears hearing people saying after updating to PIE they started having issues. Now my question is, what happens if I don't update to PIE??? because I don't wanna do that because of complaints people are giving. Feedback pls!

i baught M20 64 gb last week.it s front camera is giving too much brightness and picture quality too bad and there is no optionn to adjust,is it normal or only problem with my phone?

I updated my M20 in Pie on 14th July, but i am having both the options like split screen and popup view. only thing is different it wont come by older ways. just after going inside recent app list , there click on the top of the app on category icon, then those two options are coming.
battery is also giving same good backup. but better not to use fast charging while we keep our cells for charging whole night.

Worst moisture detector. Doesn't let me charge phone. So every time i am supposed to switch off phone and restart after plugging in the charger. Mic has many problems. Rest phone is good but when there is a charging problem what's the use of long battery life.

Several weeks ago I got android 9 for my galaxy m20. But I have to say this version sucks compared to prior version. Split screen is not available anymore. Old versions for mail, calling, messages etc were better.my device looked like a better modern and fine os. Thin lines small letters etc. But now it looks like a thick old version device for old people. I believe that there is a team trying to make Samsung better but another one to worse it. And for this time the worse team won and old team who won prior is the good one. If Samsung HQ sees this message they can reach me for further advice. :)

hi i need help from you,
the screen of my m20 heats up quickly while on high brightness espacilly in the type-c connector spot (just in this small area)
is this normal.

M20 will be my last best phone of samsung, as ONE UI i didnt like.......and M20 is the last phone that had samsung experience UI out of the box....The m40 comes with android 9 ONE UI.......while M20 comes with android 8 samsung experience UI and i downgraded back to it after updating to 9 and not liking it !

I bought one of these in The Philippines, on-line, through Lazada, nice phone to look at, beautiful colour, looked everywhere for a case for it and finally found 1 at E Mall in Cebu City, which seemed a shame to cover up the Ocean Blue colour.on or about the 15th day of service the phone started to reboot itself . Hummm I thought this was odd so I went to Samsung store run by Junrex in Ayala where it was thoroughly investigated and determined that it was in need of open heart surgery or a transplant, however due to its age, no donors where available for transplant. After another day, the good people at Junrex where able to get a letter of authorization from SAMSUNG to give that man a new phone. However Lazada claimed that was not how they do business and requested the phone be shipped to them via LBC where it was inspected and apparently lost so after about 3 months of arguing with these people, they tell me I am to have my money refunded as I'm now in my home country, I will have to wait til I return to The Philippines I notice this phone has now been reduced from 10990 to 6990, if even available. I'm curious as to whether this was an isolated case,or are others having problems too?

Pros
Good rear cameras, i never use wide angle
Awesome battery (2 days)
Weight , shape, Its amazing , doesnt feel bulky and is perfect size
Display. Its sharp, and good colors. I have always like IPS over AMOLED, i like natural colors
Loud Speaker, is the best ....love it. Music all day. best compared to others.
battery charging time only 1.5 hrs full charge
Cons:
Lags, yes, less lag but its still there...if you have used Redmi note 5, 4 or 3......this is no where close (Always buy snapdragon) Go for m40
Selfie camera is bad. below average
C port USB....need extra usb cables and chargers... all over the house/office/friends place....as old USB cables and old chargers wont work. Transition to C type.
DOnt update......PIE is bad. OREO is better. Stay on oreo.
NON durable....if falls , screen breaks easy and new one costs 4000 plus.
If you used redmi note series , dont come to samsung........you will feel bad later.
But other people totally can buy this !
