where is battery charging issue rectification updates for M20 - 32GB.
Samsung please release the security updates for Android for every month and rectify the issues that related to M20.

hello guys. I want to buy a mid-range cheap phone for listening to the musics with my earphone . is samsung m20 a good choice for me?
3.5 mm jack power output and quality is important
if m20 isn't good please give me suggestion.
are a20 or a30 better than m20?

Please somebody help. I'm using my phone since last March and um having a bit confusion with proximity sensor. My phone display doesn't go off when i am in a call. This happens always. And I couldn't find any option to turn off my display/proximity sensor during a call. I need to know weather it is a factory default setting or a issue.

Samsung please rectify the issue for M20. we don't like to avoid the Samsung and buy new Huawei phone in future.
M20 issues are follows,
1. Google Map Location showing wrong direction for every time when we open the app. (every time we manually calibrate the direction, Samsung we don't want experience 9.5 we like One UI)
2. Auto Brightness issue.
3. WiFi signal strength issue.
4. Mobile signal strength issue. ( My Nokia mobile showing 4G signal strength for -71dBm but M20 4G signal strength showing -84dBm)
5. very low loudspeaker sound issues for Video call apps.
Samsung we are waiting for the issue rectification updates please don't waste our expectation.
Guys anyone received the latest performance updates for battery charging issue?

Too much heating issue in M20 as well as M30 even it has exynos 7904 .. kindly resolve it @samsungindia

Also, both of these phones boast a weak chipset. I suggest taking a look at the following phones as well:

Don't expect performance, display and cameras all in one phone and that too at a competitive price at least from Samsung.
