Normally we like Samsung phone very much. Samsung not fixed any spy device or apps for their brand, Samsung always genuine device. They looking customer safety and security for every phone release. Samsung doing good job.

but we can make it sure that Android Pie update definitely include app crash issue or battery drain issue. my brother using Samsung J7 pro 2017, that phone received Android Oreo update last year after that he facing so many issues from that major update (Phone hang, battery drain, performance) and also every month he didn't received security update for Google OS, but he told me before that update J7 pro works extraordinary and performance also excellent, and he delighted with that phone. Why Samsung not given security update for every month actually it's free of charge from Google for Android os.
When Samsung going to rectify the M20 issues ?
1. 4G , WiFi Signal strength issue.
2. Battery drain for Google apps.
3. Auto brightness issue for day and night.
4. Apps freeze.
5. camera color issue (compare the 13Mp camera picture and 5Mp camera picture)
small request is please release the Android pie without Experience 9.5 or UI.

1. Samsung not testing the OS for that specific phone whether it'll support or not before release to public use.
2. may be push the customers to buy the latest mobile phone for error free.(the main thing is latest phone also have so many error).
Now Customers are not buy the latest model for the same brand, instead of that they buy new mobile for other brand (Huawei,Oppo,Realme). because new brand doing well and super customer service for their all brand. Now time has changed.
Guys my last dought is why Samsung release the Android OS after the six month later of the mobile phone launched in the market? (Samsung keeping additional cost for Internet Data and One year later technical repair cost)

Guys i think Nokia is better than Samsung for Android. Because they giving two years Android os upgrade with free of charge. Now Nokia on track , they are doing very well for software part. Nokia hardware parts are superb. Latest phones price and specifications are excellent. My assumption is Nokia or Huawei will lead the mobile phones markets in future. Because Samsung not consider they mid range phone customers.

Samsung never rectify the issues for mid range phones. They only consider A series and S series mobile phone issues. Ex: Even they didn't give proper Android OS for budget phones. So many mobile phone brands they rolling out Android pie in 2018 year end onwards but one and only brand not introduce Android pie in February 2019. Normally in budget phones they testing some sample upcoming technology. Normally all the budget phones are working 6 months or 1 year time period, here after they getting hang , crash or no security updates and no latest OS upgrade.

No more ... moreNo Friend, still 4G and WiFi signal strength issue, rear camera wide angle color issue, apps hanging issue, battery drain quickly after 70% of full charge, heat up for games play continously for 1 hour, and auto brightness issue because of TFT screen performance. these issues are not rectified.
