And in Malaysia here, all the SAMSUNG M series are for sale online only too like in Philippines.

Worst phone, battery not work like as 5000mah, after using continuous some time it will be crashed or screen hanging issue apper. Use less mobile.
Waste of money if you buy that mobile.

If yes so how long it stays f... moreYes i have this phone and in normal use like browse and youtube it stay 1 day and a half and brightness on average and ,If intensive use yes maybe from 8 to 10 hour ,You can see battery test on youtube to be sure, And if you compare this device with other in a same price you will find this device is the best.

Wow! A lot of complaints as usual samsung haters of course. Well first the battery problem. When you bought it did you drain it and charge it with out opening the phone for 8 hours straight? Yes every one needs to do that sales person will never tell it because they don't care of the after sales. Never let the sales person test the charger on your unit during point of sale because it would disrupt the factory charge of your phone. The philippine sale? Still didn't have a clue why it' available only online? Of course this is the Philippines! Where online ahopping is a nightmare! If the review here is accurate then d#mn! You can't do anything about a faulty unit like a raw product being sold as a solid one. And for those who wants to know the reviews for the camera regarding this phone its available in you tube as always, the low light just is superbley horrible fot the back camera. What do you expect it's all about the notch and battery nothing else. So complainants before buying do some research first so you would not look dumb @s##$ after the purchase.

All the issues are corrected with April month major update. This is SAMSUNG brand. Samsung always fulfill the customer requests don't worry be happy.

Guys this phone inbuilt apps are suddenly zoom in and out. can't use the apps properly. sometimes it's get crash and stuck. very frustrated with this mobile. why Samsung budget phones are like this?

Yes Sundhar Raj statement is correct. WiFi connection strength is very very slow. Nokia 2 is better for battery and WiFi connections.

Samsung M20 is budget mobile phone. it's performance are very less compare to other budget mobile phones. Huawei Y9 2019 4000mAh battery is best. Huawei mobile phones are best for hard use.

I wanted to know how is the rear camera in the phone. On paper it looks good enough but I have seen its reviews which are not that good. Especially low light pictures and edge detection.
Also how well does the plastic back hold up to scratches without a protective cover.
