Notification LED is a requirement & being one of the oldest smart phone maker they know it better than others, Redmi Note 7 (just launched) has it cleverly placed in the slim bottom chin.

And competing with over one year old not-even-midranger-yet-SoC is not in any way praisable.
Tl;dr: exynos 7904 is late by one year, rivals already move to SD 660 or better

it's good job but similar downgrade from A to M ( seriously TFT Display made me more sad )
samsung forced to release M series because of redmi and realme
What will do samsung if they release flagship?( redmi has plan to do that )
